Yacht Rental Terms and Operating Guidelines
From the moment you book until the end of your cruise, our goal is to provide a clear, safe, and comfortable experience. The terms below help us plan reservations properly and set a fair framework for cancellations or date changes.
For special requests (route, menu, decoration, additional services), you can contact us at any time. Our team is ready to tailor your day at sea to your needs.
Deposit (Prepayment) and Confirmation
Most yachts we work with are blocked for a specific date and time slot. For this reason, a 20% deposit (prepayment) is required to confirm your reservation.
The deposit secures the yacht in your name and helps manage potential costs from last-minute cancellations. Especially for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, an obligation to pay a certain amount to the yacht owner may arise.
Deposit Payment Methods
Please make the deposit after your reservation has been confirmed. You may choose one of the following methods:
- Office Payment: You can pay at one of our offices in Alanya, Side, or Belek.
- Payment at Your Address: Upon request, we can send a representative to your hotel or the address you provide.
- Payment on the Yacht: If you would like to see the yacht in person, you may pay the deposit on board (subject to availability).
- Bank Transfer: You can transfer to our IBAN. For international payments, SWIFT/BIC may be required; international transfers can take 3–4 days depending on the bank.
- Credit Card: You can pay by credit card using the secure payment link we send you.
Receipt and Notifications
For payments made at our office or at your address, a receipt can be issued upon request.
Once your payment is received, an email notification will be sent to your registered email address. If you communicate via WhatsApp or Telegram, we will also send a short confirmation message.
You can view your payment and booking details on our website using your reservation number.
Remaining Balance
The remaining amount is collected in cash on the yacht on the day of the cruise (unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
When plans change, we aim to offer the fairest solution possible. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- For cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure, the deposit is fully refunded.
- For cancellations on the day of the cruise or less than 48 hours before departure, the deposit may be refunded if we can secure a new booking for the released time slot. If no replacement booking is found, the deposit may not be refundable due to the reserved slot and preparation process.
Date Change
If you need to change your date due to illness, an emergency, or another valid reason, you may request a change. Subject to availability, alternative dates can be offered if you contact us at least 48 hours before departure.
VIP Transfer Services
For guests who request it, we can arrange VIP transfers to and from the yacht. Our vehicles are high-comfort, high-capacity models such as Mercedes Vito or similar-class Volkswagen Crafter.
Transfer fees vary by distance, number of passengers, and location. Please contact us for current pricing.
If you would like to spend time in the city after the cruise, we may arrange a flexible return time when possible (for example, pickup a few hours after the trip). This scheduling is evaluated depending on the service scope.
